HR Portal is a web based application developed to GSoft Company according to its requirements. Aims to facilitate the work of the HR manager by developing simple and user friendly HR Portal that enabling him to do all the HR responsibilities in efficient and easy way. Divide the system into four roles: admin, HR manager, manager and employee with different views and different tasks for each role. The main concentration of the project is on the HR manager tasks. So HR manager view has set of modules including Employees, Leaves, Expenses, Attendance Records, Calendar and System settings. In each Module the HR manager can perform different tasks and can generate different reports. The admin has full permission to the system and in addition to the HR manager modules he has another module called System Log aims to enable the admin to make full control on every things happened in the system. Any employee has a special account, can use it to apply for new leave or new expense, see his personal and job information and make modification for some fields.
