In part one of our graduation project we discuss some theories that's we need to apply it on part two of our project. to do this we need to schedule our works in the project to providing it in the best way.
After studying the principles of construction management in the theoretical part of our project (Part one), it is very important to apply these principles at a real project to see the correct way of applying these
principles, which gives a better understanding of many issues and to get some experience in construction management which make any project in the real life familiar.
The project that we choose is Iktaba Comprehensive Activity center in Iktaba village at Tulkarem city.
Iktaba Comprehensive Activity center is allocated in Iktaba village and it achieves all the service in Iktaba village.
The center consist of three floors contains every service we want from activity centers like Hall meetings, Multi-purpose hall, Training hall, Training area, Headmaster office and Secretarial office.
