The Graduation Project is about applying the principles of the Engineering Management in Specific Project. Here we have Residential Project (Villa) which consists of Ground Floor and First and Second Basement with total area equal of 875 meter square.
This project is divided into two parts:
The First:includes a theoretical research about project management principles and the nine topic areas of engineering management.
The Second: Application the principles of Engineering Management in the project.
At this Project we do Quantity Surveying to all project items started from Excavation to Finishing, and also using the Primavera Programfor scheduling and planning and do the relationships between activities and calculate different duration and finally calculate the Total Budget Cost and the Overall Duration of the project.
