   A project is a unique endeavor to produce a set of deliverables within clearly specified time, cost and quality constraints. So it is:

1.1.1 The project plane

   The project is the allocation of resources directed toward a specific objective following a planned, organized approach. (Figure 1.1) shows the components or parts of a project. At the top is a project objective. This is the overall purpose of the project. But objectives are vague. So we need a strategy to support the objective. The strategy identifies how we will achieve the objective of the project.
