The Project:
This project is devoted to evaluate some engineering properties of several rock types collected from various sites in Nablus city. Nablus city is located at the center of Nablus District, which in turn is located at the central part of Palestine as These engineering properties including: compressive strength, porosity, abrasion resistance, absorption (Swelling) and specific gravity. From these properties one can easily determine the overall behavior of the rock under different ground conditions
