This graduation project consists of two parts:
•    Part One: includes a theoretical research about project management principles and the nine topic areas to define the scope of project management knowledge (integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communication, and risk and procurement management).
•    Part Two: includes the application of the theoretical part in the construction of   "Deir Al-Gusun Basic Girls School" in Tulkarem Governorate. This part also consists of cost analysis, quantity surveying, and analysis of the school project using Primavera Project Management software.
