علما بان تلك المنطقه المذكوره هي منطقه حيويه ومكان لارتياد الكتير من الناس من ابناء الضفه الغربيه وابناء فلسطين المحتله عام 1948 (عرب ال48) لزياره الميجا لاند وهي عباره عن مدينه ملاهي ولان المنطقه هي عباره عن جزء مهم من المدينه كما هو موضح بالمخطط
