     In our daily life there is nothing random or come by chance . every thing has a special way to take place . As an example  when someone wants to move from city A to city B he needs to think , decide and take action . Among things to be taken into consideration the time needed , the cost of traveling , leaving hour and what to do in this tour or journey.

By the same way engineering works done through the project phases (initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing project). Project management known hundreds years ago , but it was simple because projects were simple and clear. But as engineering works gotten more complex, the need of management became critical.
