Since human been are differ in there strength so it's important to evaluate the worker strength in order to put the right person at the right place. This experiment is conducted to evaluate grip strength, static endurance, and dynamic endurance which give us an indicator of the total strength of the inspected person. All of these factors are obtained using the Dynamometer instrument.
